Dr. Maureen Ngesa is a Behavioral Scientist and Clinical Psychologist with 16+ years of experience in mental health interventions, behavioral science, trauma-informed research, human-centered intervention design, and strategic communication. She has led the design and execution of mental health and behavior change research, as well as behavioral analysis and strategic communications for donor-funded programs. Maureen holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, and a B.A. in Communication. She brings expertise in research strategy and management, evidence-based program design, stakeholder communication and engagement, and translating behavioral insights into actionable interventions.
